That UK and Scottish governments, will ensure that the excluded taxpayers will never be overlooked in any financial assistance awarded in any future forced lockdown or similar arising.
Financial Parity
UK and Scottish governments will between them deliver financial redress giving those previously excluded, the same level of backdated financial support the rest of UK’s taxpayers received.
